Cancellation & Refund Policy

At YuvaKisan, we deal in fresh and perishable agricultural products. Due to the nature of these products, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality assurance.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp: 7304505554 or Email: contact@kisanmandi.co. Provide your Order ID and registered details.

If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated and processed within 5–7 business days.

1.2 Cancellation by YuvaKisan

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances: Product unavailable, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery not serviceable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

2. No Return Policy (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and fresh produce, returns are not accepted and exchanges are not provided. All sales are considered final after delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility (Damage / Quality Issues)

We offer refunds only under specific conditions:

3.1 Eligible Cases

You may request a refund if: Product is damaged, spoiled, or rotten at delivery; incorrect item delivered; significant quality issue beyond natural variation.

3.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for: Natural variations in size, shape, colour, taste or ripeness; minor surface marks; damage caused due to improper storage or delay in accepting delivery; incorrect delivery details.

4. How to Raise a Refund Request

To ensure quick resolution, follow this process:

  • Step 1: Report Within Time Window - Report within 12 hours of delivery
  • Step 2: Share Required Details - Send Order ID, full name, delivery address, and clear photos of product and packaging via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Step 3: Verification - Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

5. Refund Process

If your request is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue partial refunds based on severity of damage or if only part of the order is affected.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Customer must be available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.

8. Payment & Refund Mode

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Refunds are issued only to the original payment source. We do not process cash refunds.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject fraudulent refund claims, request additional verification, and suspend accounts involved in abuse of policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with revised effective date.
