At Yuva Kisan, we specialize in delivering premium-quality mangoes sourced directly from trusted farmers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we aim to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
2. Serviceable Locations
We currently offer delivery services across all major cities across India: Customers will be notified on Home page and at checkout during order placement if their location is serviceable or not serviceable. Payment is accepted only if your Pincode is within serviceable delivery area.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 12–24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 24–48 hours from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on: Customer location, weather conditions, logistics constraints, peak seasonal demand.
Yuva Kisan does not guarantee exact delivery times but strives to meet estimated timelines. In such cases, Yuva Kisan will make reasonable efforts to inform customers and complete delivery at the earliest.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on: Order value, delivery location.
- The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
6. Packaging and Product Handling
- All mangoes are carefully sorted and securely packed to ensure safe transit.
- We use packaging methods designed to preserve freshness and minimize damage.
Note: As mangoes are naturally ripening fruits, slight softening, minor blemishes, or variation in ripeness during transit is normal and does not qualify as damage.
7. Order Tracking
- Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive delivery updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
- Tracking details will be provided when available and can be accessed using the Order ID.
8. Delivery Attempts and Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Due to the perishable nature of the product: Re-delivery may not be guaranteed if the first delivery attempt fails. Yuva Kisan will not be responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review and provide an appropriate resolution in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
